Hello, my name is Golfer Ejeogwu (nee Okorie). I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Transition Clarity Coach.

I support thoughtful, ambitious professionals navigating life and career transitions, particularly during seasons when the path ahead feels uncertain or when they are beginning to question what they want next.

You may be navigating a career change, adjusting to a new season of life, reconsidering your priorities, or noticing that a direction that once made sense no longer feels as clear as it once did.

Transitions can bring questions, competing priorities, and moments of uncertainty. You may find yourself reflecting more deeply, considering different possibilities, or trying to understand what matters most to you now.

I understand how complex those seasons can feel. My own experiences of navigating change, along with experiencing coaching myself, showed me the value of having a thoughtful space to pause, reflect, and explore what was important to me.

Coaching gave me space to reconnect with my priorities, strengthen my self trust, and make more intentional choices about how I wanted to move forward. That experience is part of what led me to create Recharged Motivation.

My work centres on partnering with you as you explore what matters most, gain greater clarity about your direction, strengthen confidence in your own decisions, and identify meaningful steps that feel right for you.

How I Support YouHow I Support You

I offer a supportive, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can slow down, think more clearly, and explore what matters most to you during a season of transition.
I am not here to tell you what to do or make decisions for you. Coaching is a partnership. You bring your experiences, values, strengths, and perspectives to the conversation, and I bring thoughtful questions, reflection, curiosity, and structure to support your exploration.
My approach brings together thoughtful reflection and practical forward movement. We can explore what is contributing to the uncertainty, notice what you are learning about yourself, clarify what matters, and identify next steps that you choose to take.
The direction of our work is shaped with you. The goal is not to follow someone else’s idea of what your life or career should look like, but to create space for you to make choices that reflect your priorities, values, and circumstances.

Who This Is For
This work may be a good fit if you are navigating a life or career transition and some of the following experiences feel familiar.
Change feels close.  You sense that something may need to shift, even if you are still exploring what that means.
The path ahead feels unclear.  You are considering different possibilities and want space to think them through.
You are at a crossroads.  You are weighing a life or career decision and want to understand what matters most before choosing your direction.
Your priorities are evolving.  What once worked for you may no longer fit the season you are in now.
You want to reconnect with yourself.  Responsibilities, expectations, or changing roles may have left little room to consider what you want and need.
You are ready to reflect.  You are open to exploring your perspective, noticing new possibilities, and identifying meaningful next steps.
You do not need to arrive with a perfect plan or a fully defined goal. Coaching can begin with curiosity about where you are, what matters now, and what you would like to explore.

My Story : Transition. Growth. Resilience. Alignment

My life has been shaped by many transitions, including relocating across countries and cities, navigating career changes, stepping into new roles, returning to work after maternity leave, becoming a parent, and learning how to make space for the different responsibilities and priorities I carry.

Those experiences have taught me that transition is not always about one visible change.

Sometimes the deeper questions are quieter.

What matters to me now?
What still fits?
What am I ready to reconsider?
What kind of life or work feels meaningful in this season?

I have learned that growth is not always about pushing forward. Sometimes it begins with slowing down, reflecting, and giving yourself space to understand what you need before deciding what comes next.

My own experience of coaching reinforced that for me. Having a space where I could reflect without being told what the answer should be helped me reconnect with my priorities, consider different perspectives, and make more intentional choices.

Those experiences inspired me to create Recharged Motivation, a space where people navigating change can pause, reflect, and explore what matters most to them.

At the heart of my work is a respect for the fact that no two transitions are the same. My experience may inform the empathy and curiosity I bring, but your experience, priorities, and definition of progress are your own.

That is why I coach through partnership rather than prescription.

Why Work With Me

I bring together professional experience, coach training, and lived experience of navigating change. Just as importantly, I approach each client as the expert on their own life.

Compassionate and practical.  There is room to explore what you are experiencing while also considering what would be useful to you moving forward.

Reflective and forward focused.  We make space for insight and awareness, then explore how you would like to apply what you are learning.

Supportive and empowering.  The coaching relationship is designed to strengthen your own thinking and decision making rather than replace it.

Structured and personalized.  Our conversations have focus and intention while remaining responsive to what matters most to you in each session.

Grounded in progress, not pressure.  There is no expectation to rush your transition or follow someone else’s definition of success. We work at a pace that supports thoughtful and intentional movement.
